We select only the highest quality grains of Basmati Rice, known by chefs and home cooks around the world for its long, delicate grains and fragrant, nutty aroma.
Our basmati rice is cultivated in rice fields in the Himalayan foothills of the Indian subcontinent. The outer hull of the grain is removed before the natural inner grain is steamed, dried, and aged to perfection before milling to retain nutrients and vitamins.
